专利说明:
Suspension system for a poster The present invention relates to a suspension system for a poster. The present invention more particularly relates to a suspension system which allows to hang large posters in a manner free of folds in height without substantial effort. When hanging large posters high up, several problems arise. The first problem that arises is the height that requires the person suspending the poster to reach the height of the poster. This often requires in practice a ladder or basket. It follows that substantial security measures must be taken to ensure the safety of the person suspending the poster. Another problem lies in the fact that a large poster of this type is difficult to handle. The suspension of the poster therefore requires a substantial effort. In addition, the suspension of the poster in a manner free of wrinkles requires great dexterity of the person suspending the poster. An object of the invention is to provide a system that allows a person to suspend a poster in height without substantial effort. To this end, the suspension system for a poster is characterized in that it comprises a lifting means provided to be fixed in height and comprises a first bar which is connected to said elevator means to be lifted by said elevator means, and a second bar which is connected substantially parallel to said first bar and at a distance therefrom, wherein said first and second bars each comprise at least one groove and the display is provided with a first tongue which can be engaged sliding in said at least one groove of said first bar and a second tongue slidably engageable in said at least one groove of said second bar, thereby allowing said sign to be connected to said first and second bars. The elevator means in the system according to the invention allows the poster to be raised and lowered, which allows a person suspending the poster to work at ground level. In addition, the poster slidably engages the bars, which has a substantial advantage for mounting large posters. Such posters are in practice often rolled up before being suspended. During the course of the poster, it can be dragged into the bars, which thus connects during the running the poster to the bars. In addition, since the bar and the connected poster can slide relative to one another, folds can be eliminated by sliding the poster relative to the bars. These operations can be performed by a person at ground level. Therefore, the invention provides a system that allows a person to suspend a poster without substantial effort. Said distance is preferably substantially equal to a height of said poster. Therefore, the mounting of the poster on the bars is simpler, since the height of the poster corresponds to the distance between the bars. If the distance was smaller than the height of the poster, then the poster would be folded when it is hanging on the bars. If the distance was greater than the height of the poster, then the lower bar would be supported by the poster, which could damage the poster. The fact that the distance is substantially equal to the height of the poster overcomes these disadvantages. Said first and second bars preferably each have a length greater than 2 meters, preferably greater than 3 meters, better still greater than 4 meters. In addition, said distance is preferably greater than 1 meter, preferably greater than 1.5 meters, more preferably greater than 2 meters. The dimensions of the large poster are thus defined. The handling and suspension of such large posters can not be compared to the manipulation and suspension of smaller posters. Smaller posters are, simply because of their smaller size, easier to handle than large posters. While a person can hold two longitudinal ends or two transverse ends of a small poster with great ease, this is not possible with a large poster. As a result, different suspension systems are developed for small posters and large posters. Two tabs are preferably connected to said poster at the longitudinal sides of said poster. Said tongues are even more preferably connected to said poster by gluing. When the tabs are connected to the poster, preferably by gluing, any regular type of poster can be used. A conventional poster made of paper or canvas can be provided, after which it is connected to the tabs so that it can be mounted on the bars. Subsequently, it can be mounted on the suspension system according to the invention. This makes such a system flexible to use. Each tab is preferably formed on a substantially flat poster support having on one side a connecting surface for connecting the poster support to said poster and having on the other side at least one protrusion which may be slidably engaged in said groove and thus forms the tongue. Such poster supports can be injection molded, which makes them inexpensive. These flat poster holders can be glued to the poster before slipping the poster into the bars. As a result, any type of poster can be used and can easily be provided with linking means which are formed by the tabs on the poster supports. The invention will now be described in more detail with reference to the drawings illustrating certain preferred embodiments of the invention. In the drawings: FIG. 1 shows a front view of a suspension system according to the invention; Figure 2 shows two embodiments of a cross section of a suspension system according to the invention; Figure 3 shows a flat-shaped poster holder with two tabs according to one embodiment of the invention; and Figure 4 shows a rear view of a suspension system according to one embodiment of the invention. In the drawings, the same reference number has been assigned to the same poster support or a similar poster support. Figure 1 shows a suspension system according to the present invention. The suspension system 1 comprises a lifting means 2 which is intended to be fixed to a ceiling. The elevator means 2 may be, for example, an electrically or mechanically controlled micro-lift motor provided for raising and optionally lowering an object upon receipt of a corresponding instruction. In one embodiment, the elevator means is electrically controlled and includes a remote control module. In another embodiment, the elevator means is mechanically driven, for example lifting the object by rope tension produced and lowering the object by manually pulling the object, thereby producing a rope tension in the elevator means. The suspension system 1 according to the invention further comprises a first bar 3 and a second bar 4. The first bar 3 and the second bar 4 are preferably connected to one another by at least two strips 5 of each other. interconnection so that they extend parallel to each other and at a predetermined distance from one another. The interconnection strips 5 are preferably made of a light and flexible material, since the purpose of these strips 5 is to hold the first and second bars together. For example, the interconnection strips 5 are made of PVC. For the purpose of lifting large posters, the elevator means preferably comprises an intermediate lift bar 6. The intermediate lift bar 6 extends substantially parallel to the first bar 3 and the second bar 4. In addition, the bar intermediate lift 6 is significantly shorter than the first bar 3. The intermediate lift bar 6 is preferably more than 20 cm long, more preferably more than 40 cm long, ideally more than 70 cm long. The intermediate lift bar 6 is preferably less than 200 cm, more preferably less than 150 cm, ideally less than 120 cm. The intermediate riser 6 resists bending when a downward force is applied to its longitudinal edges while an upward force is applied substantially in the middle of the bar 6, so that in normal service, bending of bar 6 of a maximum of 10 degrees is allowed. Such flexural strength is achieved by making the lift bar 6 from an extruded profile having a cross-sectional shape that provides a high flexural strength. The riser 6 is preferably further reinforced against bending by introducing a carbon bar into the extruded profile, thereby filling the inside of the profile. The first bar 3 is connected to the intermediate bar 6 of the elevator means 2. The first bar 3 is preferably connected to the intermediate bar 6 via at least two cords, ropes, cables or ropes 7 which extend downwardly and outwardly (which deviate from each other) from the longitudinal ends of the intermediate bar 6 towards the first bar 3 to be connected to the first bar 3 There is, optionally, a third cord, cord, cable or cord (not shown) extending from the middle of the intermediate bar 6 towards the middle of the first bar 3 and / or the second bar 4 to provide an additional connection between the elevator means 2 and the bars 3 and 4. It is clear that other ways of connecting the first bar 3 to the elevator means 2 can be found. For example, the first bar 3 can be coupled centrally and directly to the elevator means in the same way as the intermediate bar 6 is directly connected. coupled to the elevator means in the drawings. The first bar 3 and the second bar 4 form the frame on which a poster 8 can be applied. In the context of the invention, the poster may be of any conventional size ranging from very small posters to very large posters. However, as the suspension system has particular advantages when hanging large posters, the poster preferably has a width greater than 2 meters, more preferably greater than 3 meters, ideally greater than 4 meters. In addition, the poster preferably has a height greater than 1 meter, more preferably greater than 1.5 meters, ideally greater than 2 meters. In the context of the invention, the poster is defined as sheet material carrying a sign to show for example in a public place. For this purpose, the sheet material may be paper, PVC, fabric or any other material. The first bar 3 and the second bar 4 preferably have a length that is substantially equal to the width of the poster 8 so that they can support the poster over its entire width without however forming projections on the side of In addition, the distance d between the first bar 3 and the second bar 4 is preferably substantially equal to the height of the poster 8 so that the bars form a frame extending along the edges of the poster 8 so that the poster can be applied to this frame along at least its longitudinal edges. Figure 2A shows a cross-sectional view of a first embodiment of a profile that can be used as a first bar 3 and / or second bar 4 in the invention. Figure 2B shows a cross-sectional view of a second embodiment of a profile that can be used as a first bar 3 and / or second bar 4 in the invention. The first bar 3 is preferably formed as shown in Fig. 2A and the second bar 4 is preferably formed as shown in Fig. 2B. Both Figures 2A and 2B show a profile that can be manufactured by extrusion. The extruded profile is shaped to provide significant bending resistance. This is why the extruded profile has a predetermined height H preferably greater than 3 cm, more preferably greater than 5 cm. Although the height of the profile in Figure 2A is identical to the height of the profile 2B, this is only considered as a preference. The material in which the first bar 3 and the second bar 4 are made is preferably aluminum. The first bar 3 and the second bar 4 each comprise at least one groove 9 extending substantially over their entire length. The groove 9 is of the type to form a sliding connection with a corresponding tongue. Each of the first and second bars preferably comprises two grooves 9 extending parallel to each other, as shown in FIG. 2. It is clear that more than two grooves 9 can be provided in the bars in the system according to the invention. It can be seen from FIG. 2 that the groove may be formed by projections on the bar which extend along the bar and which partially enclose a space where the tongue can engage. The groove 9 in one of the first bar 3 or the second bar 4 is formed with its opening turned in the opposite direction to the other of the first bar 3 or the second bar 4. As a result, the opening of the groove 9 is also turned in the opposite direction to the center of the poster. Such a groove is formed, as shown in Figure 2, forming a protrusion on the bar which has a hook-shaped cross-section. Such a groove 9 makes it possible, in combination with a corresponding tongue, to withstand a tension force originating from the poster 8. Figure 3 shows a tongue 10 according to the invention. The tongue 10 may be formed integrally with the poster 8 (not shown), but it is preferred that the tongue 10 is formed on a poster support 11 which can be connected to the poster 8, as shown in FIG. Figure 3. Two tabs are preferably provided. The number of tongues 10 is preferably equal to the number of grooves 9. The tongue 10 is formed to be slidably connected to the groove 9. Each of the longitudinal edges of the poster 8 is preferably provided with minus one tab 10. The tongues 10 are preferably hook-shaped as shown in FIG. 3 with the hook directed towards the center of the poster which is defined in this context as the longitudinal axis of the poster 8 extending in the middle between the two longitudinal edges of the poster 8. In this way, the tongues 10 hook-shaped can be engaged in the groove 9 which opens in a direction opposite to the center of the poster 8. The tabs 10 are preferably made in a plastic material. The tongues 10 are preferably provided on a poster support 11 of substantially flat shape as shown in FIG. 3. The flat-shaped poster support 11 comprises, on one of its sides, a flat surface 12 on which the 8 poster can be fixed. The poster support 11 of flat shape further comprises, on the other of its sides, the tongues 10 which can engage in the grooves 9. The poster support 11 of flat shape extends in a form of embodiment, over substantially the entire length of the longitudinal side of the poster 8. Such an embodiment is shown in Figure 4 at the lower longitudinal edge of the poster 8. In another embodiment, the The flat-shaped poster holder has a width that is substantially smaller than the width of the poster 8, and the flat-shaped poster holder 11 is applied to the poster at regular intervals along its longitudinal edge. Such an embodiment is shown in FIG. 4 at the location of the upper longitudinal edge of the poster 8. The flat surface 12 of the flat-shaped poster holder 11 is intended to be connected to the poster 8, preferably by gluing. In one embodiment, an adhesive tape is applied to the flat surface 12, the flat surface 12 being connectable to the poster 8 by this adhesive tape. It is possible to obtain a connection between the tongue 10 and the groove 9 by sliding the tongue 10 from a point next to the bar (and next to the groove 9) in the direction of the bar to engage it in the groove 9 on the bar. However, such a connection between the tongue 10 and the groove 9 can also be established by pushing the tongue 10 laterally in the groove 9. FIG. 4 shows a rear view of a suspension system 1 according to the invention in which the elevator has lowered the frame over a distance F. As a result, the first bar 3 and the second bar 4 are at ground level. and can be easily handled by someone standing on the floor. As shown in Figure 4, at the location of the longitudinal edges of the poster 8, the rear side thereof is connected to the poster supports 11 of flat shape including tabs 10. The tabs on these supports of 11 flat form displays are engaged in the grooves of the first bar 3 and the second bar 4 so as to connect the poster 8 to the bars 3 and 4. Once the poster connected to the bars, the elevator is triggered for lift the bars 3 and 4 with the poster. In this way, a poster 8 can be easily raised in height. The change of a poster 8 on a suspension system installed according to the invention can be performed by a person in the following manner. The person lowers the first bar 3 and the second bar 4 by triggering the elevator means or by manually pulling the bars down, depending on the type of elevator. After that, the first bar 3 and the second bar 4 are at a height from the ground which means that no elevation means is needed to reach the first bar 3 and the second bar 4. This allows the person to easily remove the poster 8 from the suspension system. The removed poster includes poster media that are removed to allow poster recycling. A new poster has poster supports on the longitudinal ends of the poster. After that, the new poster can be dragged into the grooves on the first bar 3 and the second bar, thereby connecting the new poster to the suspension system. Folds can be eliminated by sliding the poster relative to the first bar 3 and the second bar 4. Once the poster connected substantially crease-free to the first bar 3 and the second bar 4, the elevator is triggered to lift the new poster.
